Stephanie parked her Chevy SUV right outside the stable, and hopped out. She walked back to the trailer and opened it, walking inside and untying Belle's lead rope. She walked her slowly out of the trailer and toward the stable.
Belle snorted as Stephanie led her inside. She didn't lead well, but she did walk. Stephanie put her in her stall and walked away. Little did she know, Belle looked after her with pricked ears, nickering softly.

"Yeah, she is," Stephanie agreed quietly, watching her pace around her stall nervously. "She's going to be a real handful!"

"Thanks, Lacie," Stephanie said as she walked away. She looked back at Belle with dreamy eyes. She just absolutely knew that she would be riding with her on a trail ride in no time.
